We believe that honesty and integrity are essential to the effective witness of International House and that a high standard for both must be maintained. We believe that integrity includes, but is not limited to, honesty in communication, financial reporting, and statistical reporting. We believe that integrity also includes moral and ethical issues that must be given prayerful consideration and submitted to the authority of the Bible.

We expect team members of International House to live their lives in such a way that honesty and integrity are reflected not only in ministry situations, but also in their family lives, their personal finances, and their lives in their church and life community.
